Your mission
- Conducting maintenance and servicing work after qualification.
- Analysis and elimination of malfunctions and damages.
- Assignments for technical support of UAS at home and abroad.
- Inspection and documentation of maintenance and repair work performed.
- Inspection and release of the aircraft after maintenance work.
- Execution of test runs of the UAV and test flights.
- Ensuring the functionality of the and ground equipment (UAS).
- Supporting the development of maintenance standards.
- Maintaining operational readiness in accordance with EU Regulations. 2019/945 and 2019/947 for the own and customers’ flight operations.
- Support in process development and quality management.
- Ensure that all customer inquiries and issues are solved correctly and in a prompt and professional manner.
- Resolve inquiries through trained knowledge of BVLOS operations and maintenance tasks to perform problem analysis as needed and communicate relevant findings to the appropriate departments.
- Work on customer portal, fleet databases and management of technical customer communication.
- Collaborate with teams across functions to ensure customer needs are met in the fast-growing company.
- Continuously gather customer feedback in order to: develop standardized interventions that improve customer satisfaction with Wingcopter’s service; identify opportunities for continuous improvement; share best practices across customer base.
- Manage customer success activities, including onboarding, training, and customer support advocacy.
- Work towards meeting all service level and support agreements with both internal and external customers to deliver world class service experience and improving upon customer satisfaction.
- Performing specific special functions in coordination with the Support and Maintenance Manager.
- Assisting Flight Operations as a Pilot at home and abroad.
