HR Generalist (m/f/d)

Your mission
  • Contribute to the entire recruitment cycle, from selecting the appropriate job posting channels to conducting screening interviews, organizing interviews, offer meetings and contract preparation.
  • Cooperation with external recruiting companies.
  • Organizing a smooth onboarding, integration and offboarding of employees. 
  • Introduce, coordinate and implement learning and training activities for our team.
  • Support with contract changes/extensions.
  • Active support of managers in the optimization of processes.
  • Initiation and support of continuous improvement of processes. 
  • Contact person for external authorities and service providers.
  • Assistance in the creation and introduction of salary bands.
  • Further development of the feedback culture by introducing strategic feedback instruments. 
  • Planning, support and further development of management and junior management staff as well as interdisciplinary development offers.
  • Further activities in the area of People and Culture.
Your profile
  • University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a Business-related subject.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR role.
  • Vast practical knowledge of all HR departmental areas and processes.
  • Great awareness that engagement and retention are very important as the tech industry is a competitive job market.
  • Proactive and agile work ethic. 
  • The ability to analyze HR data to identify trends, and experience in determining, measuring and analyzing relevant OKRs.
  • Superior interpersonal skills and a positive, approachable manner.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of regulations, accepted professional standards, policies, procedures, and labor law.
  • Commitment to be an inspiring role model who encourages collaboration.
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
  • Strong organizational skills. 
  • Practiced handling of Office M365 (and Personio is an advantage)
