Your mission
As Teamlead Composite Production (m/f/d), you take operational and leadership responsibility for one of our key production areas.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Planning, coordinating and steering daily composite production.
  • Leading, mentoring and developing your production team, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture.
  • Ensuring adherence to lead times, quality requirements and production targets, while addressing challenges proactively.
  • Taking ownership of business-related KPIs and ensure targets are achieved.
  • Establishing and maintaining 5S to ensure a clean, organized and efficient production environment.
  • Ensuring on-time, specification-compliant delivery of composite components and assemblies.
  • Overseeing and enforcing process compliance and relevant safety regulations.
  • Ensuring accurate and complete documentation of all relevant work steps in our ERP systems.
  • Supporting your team hands-on when necessary and collaborating closely with Engineering on component and process improvements.
Your profile
You combine technical expertise with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

You bring:
  • A vocational qualification as Aircraft Mechanic, Process Mechanic, or Plastics/Composites Technician, or a comparable background.
  • Experience in leading and developing production teams, ideally in a composite, aerospace, automotive, or manufacturing environment.
  • Solid knowledge of composite processing, layup techniques, resin systems and curing processes.
  • A structured, analytical working style and the ability to keep processes organized, stable and well-coordinated.
  • Strong communication skills to guide your team and work effectively across departments.
  • Proficiency in German and English, along with confident use of MS Office, ERP (SAP) systems.
  • The ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in a fast-paced, growing production environment.

Deine Aufgaben
Als Teamlead Composite Production (m/f/d) übernimmst du die operative und leitende Verantwortung für einen unserer wichtigsten Produktionsbereiche.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:
  • Planung, Koordination und Steuerung der täglichen Verbundwerkstoffproduktion.
  • Führung, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung deines Produktionsteams, Förderung einer kooperativen und leistungsorientierten Kultur.
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Durchlaufzeiten, Qualitätsanforderungen und Produktionszielen bei gleichzeitiger proaktiver Bewältigung von Herausforderungen.
  • Verantwortung für geschäftsbezogene KPIs und Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung.
  • Einführung und Aufrechterhaltung von 5S, um eine saubere, organisierte und effiziente Produktionsumgebung zu gewährleisten.
  • Sicherstellung der termingerechten, spezifikationskonformen Lieferung von Verbundwerkstoffkomponenten und -baugruppen.
  • Überwachung und Durchsetzung der Prozesskonformität und der relevanten Sicherheitsvorschriften.
  • Sicherstellung einer genauen und vollständigen Dokumentation aller relevanten Arbeitsschritte in unseren ERP-Systemen.
  • Praktische Unterstützung deines Teams bei Bedarf und enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Technik bei der Verbesserung von Komponenten und Prozessen.
Dein Profil
Du verbindest technisches Fachwissen mit ausgeprägten organisatorischen und zwischenmenschlichen Fähigkeiten.

Du bringst mit:
  • Eine Berufsausbildung im Bereich Flugzeugmechanik, Verfahrensmechanik oder Kunststoff-/Verbundwerkstofftechnik oder einen vergleichbaren Hintergrund.
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung und Entwicklung von Produktionsteams, idealerweise in den Bereichen Verbundwerkstoffe, Luft- und Raumfahrt, Automobilindustrie oder Fertigung.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Verbundwerkstoffverarbeitung, Laminiertechniken, Harzsysteme und Aushärtungsprozesse.
  • Eine strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, Prozesse organisiert, stabil und gut koordiniert zu halten.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um dein Team zu leiten und abteilungsübergreifend effektiv zu arbeiten.
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen (SAP).
  • Die Fähigkeit, in einer schnelllebigen, wachsenden Produktionsumgebung ruhig und lösungsorientiert zu bleiben.
