Teamlead Composite (m/f/d)

Your mission
  • You plan, oversee, and manage composite production in close coordination with the production manager.
  • You coordinate your team and ensure that agreed lead times, quality standards, and performance targets are met.
  • You are responsible for the on-time and specification-compliant delivery of all relevant components.
  • You monitor adherence to defined process steps in composite production and ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations.
  • You take ownership of business-related KPIs and ensure targets are achieved.
  • You actively contribute to composite production when needed.
  • You ensure order and cleanliness in the production area.
  • You ensure accurate and complete documentation of work processes.
  • You support the engineering team in the development and improvement of composite components.
Your profile
  • You have a vocational qualification as an Aircraft Mechanic, Process Mechanic, or a similar field, with expertise in plastics and composite technology.
  • You have gained initial experience in leading and developing teams, fostering collaboration and growth.
  • You bring foundational expertise in plastics or composite processing, ideally within the aviation industry.
  • You have hands-on experience with production processes, planning, and various manufacturing methods.
  • With a structured and analytical mindset, you excel in organization and approach tasks with independence and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills enable you to navigate workflows effectively, and you are proficient in both German and English.
  • You have a solid command of MS Office applications and confidently work with ERP and DMS systems.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and can perform well under pressure.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du planst, überwachst und leitest die Produktion von Verbundwerkstoffen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Production Manager.
  • Du koordinierst dein Team und stellst sicher, dass vereinbarte Durchlaufzeiten, Qualitätsstandards und Leistungsziele eingehalten werden.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die termingerechte und spezifikationskonforme Lieferung aller relevanten Bauteile.
  • Du überwachst die Einhaltung der definierten Prozessschritte in der Composite-Produktion und stellst die Einhaltung aller relevanten Sicherheitsvorschriften sicher.
  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für geschäftsbezogene KPIs und stellst sicher, dass die Ziele erreicht werden.
  • Du leistest bei Bedarf einen aktiven Beitrag zur Composite-Produktion.
  • Du sorgst für Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Produktionsbereich.
  • Du sorgst für eine genaue und vollständige Dokumentation der Arbeitsabläufe.
  • Du unterstützt das Engineering-Team bei der Entwicklung und Verbesserung von Composite-Bauteilen.
Dein Profil
  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fluggerätmechaniker, Verfahrensmechaniker oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Kenntnissen in der Kunststoff- und Verbundwerkstofftechnik.
  • Du hast erste Erfahrungen in der Führung und Entwicklung von Teams gesammelt und dabei Zusammenarbeit und Wachstum gefördert.
  • Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in der Kunststoff- oder Verbundstoffverarbeitung mit, idealerweise in der Luftfahrtindustrie.
  • Du hast praktische Erfahrung mit Produktionsprozessen, Planung und verschiedenen Fertigungsmethoden.
  • Mit einer strukturierten und analytischen Denkweise zeichnest du dich durch eine gute Organisation aus und gehst Aufgaben mit Selbständigkeit und Liebe zum Detail an.
  • Du verfügst über gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um Arbeitsabläufe effektiv zu steuern, und beherrschst sowohl Deutsch als auch Englisch.
  • Du beherrschst die MS-Office-Anwendungen und kannst sicher mit ERP- und DMS-Systemen umgehen.
  • Du fühlst dich in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld wohl und kannst auch unter Druck gut arbeiten.
