Your mission
  • Production of small components and assembly of all Wingcopter products with precision and care.
  • Performing repairs on all Wingcopter products to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Assisting in prototype construction for new Wingcopter products.
  • Supporting process optimizations for all production parts, constantly improving our workflows and efficiency.
  • Collaborating on software implementation and optimization for production requirements.
  • Training new coworkers, sharing your expertise and helping build a strong team.
  • Supporting the production team in daily operations and the continuous improvement process.
  • Providing expendables and components for the production.
  • Operating the machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to meet production goals.
  • General activities within the storage and production areas.
  • Performing cleansing and transport activities to maintain a safe and clean environment.
Your profile
  • Experience in production or assembly, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
  • Ability to work independently with a structured and reliable approach to tasks
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and precision.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to share knowledge and help others succeed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Advanced knowledge of aeromodelling is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Good command of both German and English to ensure smooth communication.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Herstellung von Kleinteilen und Montage aller Wingcopter-Produkte mit Präzision und Sorgfalt.
  • Durchführen von Reparaturen an allen Wingcopter-Produkten, um Qualität und Funktionalität zu gewährleisten.
  • Mitwirkung beim Prototypenbau für neue Wingcopter-Produkte.
  • Unterstützung bei der Prozessoptimierung für alle Produktionsteile, um unsere Arbeitsabläufe und Effizienz stetig zu verbessern.
  • Mitarbeit bei der Software-Implementierung und -Optimierung für Produktionsanforderungen.
  • Einarbeiten neuer Mitarbeitender und Weitergabe deines Fachwissen sowie Hilfe beim Aufbau eines starken Teams.
  • Unterstützung des Produktionsteams im täglichen Betrieb und beim kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess.
  • Bereitstellung von Verbrauchsmaterialien und Komponenten für die Produktion.
  • Sicheres und effizientes Bedienen der Maschinen und Anlagen, um die Produktionsziele zu erreichen.
  • Allgemeine Tätigkeiten in den Lager- und Produktionsbereichen.
  • Durchführen von Reinigungs- und Transporttätigkeiten zur Aufrechterhaltung einer sicheren und sauberen Umgebung.
Dein Profil
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Produktion oder Montage, vorzugsweise in einem technischen oder ingenieurwissenschaftlichen Umfeld.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig mit strukturierter und zuverlässiger Arbeitsweise.
  • Du hast eine ausgeprägte Liebe zum Detail, mit Schwerpunkt auf Qualität und Präzision.
  • Du hast eine proaktive Einstellung zur Problemlösung und Prozessverbesserung.
  • Du bist teamorientiert und teilst gerne dein Wissen, um auch anderen zum Erfolg zu verhelfen.
  • Deine Aufgaben bewältigst du auch in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld effektiv.
  • Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse im Flugmodellbau sind von Vorteil.
  • Du beherrschst Microsoft Office, einschließlich Word, Excel, PowerPoint und Outlook.
  • Du bringst gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit, um eine reibungslose Kommunikation zu gewährleisten.
