Production Planner (m/f/d)

Your mission
  • Working closely with management, team members and executives to determine production needs and assist in setting quotas and key production metrics
  • Determining detailed production equipment, raw material and labor requirements
  • Creating work orders for individual parts, assemblies and the overall product
  • Creating and maintaining material master data for parts and assembly orders
  • Monitoring, maintaining and correcting status confirmations for production orders
  • Participating in the implementation, mapping and continuous optimizing of SAP processes in the area of production planning and materials management in cooperation with internal and external partners
  • Generating key figures from SAP for the production areas
  • Participating in parts tracking and serialization of products
  • Supporting the ordering of parts for the timely and quality-compliant production of the end product
  • Supporting the implementation and maintenance of specified operating processes
Your profile
  • You have completed training as an industrial clerk or a comparable commercial apprenticeship.
  • Ideally, you have a degree in industrial engineering or business administration with a focus on production/logistics.
  • You have a high level of technical understanding of production processes, ideally in the aerospace industry.
  • You have a sound knowledge of SAP MRP, particularly in the creation of parts lists and the processing of orders.
  • You understand work instructions, quality control procedures and inventory management.
  • You work effectively with engineering, maintenance and other areas of the business.
  • You are familiar with ISO 9001 or similar standards.
  • You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • You are fluent in German and English.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management, Teammitgliedern und Führungskräften zur Ermittlung des Produktionsbedarfs und Unterstützung bei der Festlegung von Quoten und wichtigen Produktionskennzahlen
  • Detaillierte Ermittlung des Bedarfs an Produktionsanlagen, Rohstoffen und Arbeitskräften
  • Erstellung von Arbeitsaufträgen für Einzelteile, Baugruppen und das Gesamtprodukt
  • Anlage und Pflege von Materialstammdaten für Teile und Montageaufträge
  • Überwachung, Pflege und Korrektur von Statusrückmeldungen zu Fertigungsaufträgen
  • Mitwirkung an der Umsetzung, Abbildung und kontinuierlichen Optimierung von SAP-Prozessen im Bereich Produktionsplanung und Materialwirtschaft in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern
  • Generierung von Kennzahlen aus SAP für die Produktionsbereiche
  • Mitwirkung bei der Teileverfolgung und Serialisierung der Produkte
  • Unterstützung bei der Bestellung von Teilen zur termingerechten und qualitätsgerechten Herstellung des Endprodukts
  • Unterstützung bei der Implementierung und Aufrechterhaltung vorgegebener Betriebsprozesse
Dein Profil
  • Du bringst eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung für Industriekaufleute oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung mit.
  • Idealerweise hast du ein Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder BWL mit Schwerpunkt Produktion/Logistik abgeschlossen.
  • Du hast ein hohes technisches Verständnis für Produktionsabläufe, idealerweise in der Luft- und Raumfahrt.
  • Du verfügst über fundierte SAP-MRP-Kenntnisse, insbesondere im Aufbau von Stücklisten und der Abwicklung von Bestellungen.
  • Du verstehst Arbeitsanweisungen, Qualitätskontrollverfahren und Bestandsmanagement.
  • Du arbeitest effektiv mit Technik, Instandhaltung und anderen Unternehmensbereichen zusammen.
  • Du kennst dich mit ISO 9001 oder vergleichbaren Standards aus.
  • Du hast gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office Produkten (z. B. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
