Your mission

Perform maintenance, servicing, and inspection of UAS, including fault analysis, repairs, test runs, and flight releases.
Ensure operational readiness and compliance with EU Regulations 2019/945 and 2019/947.
Provide technical support and maintenance for UAS operations domestically and abroad.
Maintain and document maintenance records, fleet databases, and customer portals.
Support process development, quality management, and standardization of maintenance practices.
Ensure that all customer inquiries and issues are solved correctly and in a prompt and professional manner.
Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experience and implement continuous improvements.
Perform specific special functions in coordination with the Maintenance Manager.
Support Flight Operations as a pilot when required.
Assist in scaling service operations, expanding support channels, and ensuring global service excellence.

Your profile

Previous experience maintaining or building UAS (or RC aircraft).
Valid driver’s license (up to 3.5 tonnes).
Ability handle equipment up to 25 kg.
Valid Remote Pilot Certificate (A1/A3 + A2, Part 107, or equivalent) preferred.
Technical skills for UAS maintenance and troubleshooting.
Strong English communication skills, written and spoken. Secondary language of German or Spanish preferred.
Willingness for global travel.
Knowledge of safety protocols and risk assessment in UAS operations.
Effective skills in engaging with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
