Your mission

Project & Product Excellence
- Maintain project governance, standards, reporting, and portfolio oversight.
- Support prioritization, resource planning, risk management, and implementation of project management frameworks and tools.
- Provide leadership transparency through dashboards and status reporting.
Agile & Hybrid Delivery Coaching
- Coach teams and leaders on Agile principles (Scrum/Kanban) and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, manage dependencies, and ensure smooth program execution.
- Align Product Management, Engineering, and stakeholders on collaboration and communication.
Planning, Controlling & Delivery
- Monitor project progress, quality control, audits, and assessments.
- Lead project reviews, design reviews, releases, and testing activities.
- Support defect management, problem resolution, and risk mitigation.
Leadership & Customer Interface
- Lead project teams, define roles, and ensure clear communication across interfaces.
- Represent the project internally and with customers, maintaining strong relationships.
- Maintain accessible project records and drive continuous improvement.
Finance & Technical Development
- Deliver projects within time, budget, and quality targets while optimizing profitability.
- Support technical development, industrialization, and variant management.
- Coordinate customer requirements and timelines with internal development.

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred.
Proven project management experience (aviation or related industry).
Proven project leadership experience, managing cross-functional teams.
Strong skills in project governance, planning, risk management, and reporting.
Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and hybrid delivery; coaching teams and managing dependencies.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication, including customer-facing experience.
Proven ability to manage budgets, costs, and resource allocation.
Experience supporting technical development, testing, and industrialization.
