Deine Aufgaben

Perform inspection on:
- Parts received from suppliers (Incoming Inspection)
- Assembled parts ready for production
- Composite bodies
- Reworked/repaired parts and bodies
- Final Products
Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) to approve parts before Start of Production (SOP)
Provide feedback to the Industrialization department to update inspection check list (PQCs)
Update the Quality Standard Book based on non-conformities detected during the manufacturing process
Perform quality analysis on non-conforming parts (internal and supplier-related) using 8D reports
Provide statistics, aggregated data, and KPIs on a continuous basis
Present Quality Scorecards and analysis during weekly meetings with the Head of Quality and shopfloor teams
Keep the Quality documentation organized for efficient retrieval

Dein Profil

Technical background with experience in quality (standards, methodologies, and terminology)
Strong attention to detail and observational skills
Experience with measurement instruments
Knowledge of metrology and calibration principles
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
Advanced Excel skills, including formula and VBA (pivot tables, external data connections, etc.)
Audit process knowledge is a plus
Knowledge of ISO 9001
Experience in aviation and knowledge of EN9100, of IPC-A-610 inspection criteria as well as ESD control standards (e.g. IEC 61340-5-1) is a plus
Good knowledge of written and spoken English and German
